This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Main point of contact for a team of up to 25 employees
• Addressing all inquiries related to customer service
• Assisting with process improvement and the onboarding of new employees
• Overseeing the coordination of daily operations
• Utilizing monitoring and reporting tools effectively
• Multiple years of experience in sales or customer service
• Exceptional time management abilities
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word)
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
