• Direct and oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) providing support to various ASI business segments.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle, from order entry to final delivery to the customer.
• Ensure precise order processing, including assessments of material availability and coordination of shipping dates.
• Deliver real-time communication and updates to customers regarding their order status.
• Tackle and resolve issues that impact order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with logistics and operations teams on transportation planning and execution.
• Assist in the design and implementation of transportation programs.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of transportation programs and drive enhancements.
• Play a vital role in fulfilling customer commitments within a complex transportation landscape.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Engage in a leadership development program with growth opportunities across the supply chain.
• Over 5 years of experience in ASI customer service is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment; must effectively multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Windows 7 – 10.
• Experience using Internet Explorer and Chrome.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
