Customer Service Specialist, French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer communications (calls, emails, case management)

• Assist customers with their inquiries regarding bookings, modifications, and general support

• Deliver professional and empathetic communication, particularly during escalations

• Ensure all interactions are accurately recorded in internal systems

• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee service quality and resolution

• Keep abreast of processes, tools, and changes in the platform

• Fluent in French at a professional level (C2)

• Proficient in English for internal communications

• Prior experience in customer service or call center settings

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to multitask and handle several cases at once
