This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Providing frontline customer support
• Managing various tasks concurrently in a dynamic, high-volume setting
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Handling around 80-120 inbound calls and emails each day
• Accurately and efficiently processing customer orders and requests in SAP, Service Cloud, and/or LIS
• Addressing customer billing questions and payment inquiries
• Facilitating customer disputes by initiating necessary credits and debits
• Educating customers about Zoetis services and program offerings
• Collaborating with internal teams for additional assistance
• Recording customer interactions in accordance with standard protocols
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
• High school diploma is required
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role is required
• Experience in the veterinary field, including familiarity with veterinary diagnostic testing, is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and/or LIS is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications
