This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and patients.
β’ Assist in scheduling healthcare appointments from your secure home office.
β’ Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, or live chat.
β’ Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
β’ Ability to stay in a stationary position for extended periods while working on a computer.
β’ Proficient in communicating effectively with customers over the phone and through email or live chat.
β’ Must be capable of performing repetitive tasks, such as typing, while maintaining attention to detail.
β’ A high-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum of 10 MB download speed and 2 MB upload speed is required.
β’ A dedicated home office space that is free from distractions.
β’ A personal desktop computer running a licensed version of Windows 10 or higher (Windows 11 preferred).
β’ A minimum of 8 GB of RAM (Core i3 processor or better).
β’ At least a 19β³ flat panel monitor.
β’ A webcam must be available for training, compliance, and collaboration purposes.
β’ A USB headset with noise and echo cancellation capabilities for VOIP.
β’ A modern mobile phone (iOS or Android) is required for multi-factor authentication.
