Customer Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Support customers by effectively resolving issues and managing unique scenarios.

• Advocate for products and drive sales while maintaining a fast-paced call environment.

• Manage a significant number of incoming customer requests.

• Suggest additional products during each customer engagement.

• Verify refunds, process payments, place orders, and review account information.

• Report directly to a designated Customer Service Supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in customer service.

• Capability to learn and operate in a virtual setting.

• Ability to communicate using various styles.

• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and screens.

• Adhere to QVC computer system protocols.

• Resolve personal technical issues independently.

• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed.
