This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle requests for medical records
• Operate in a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Report directly to the Processing Manager
• Provide assistance with overflow processing during peak times or coverage shortages
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of protected health information
• Complete all requests within 24–48 hours of receipt for designated accounts
• Offer insights regarding request volume and any observed issues
• Track incoming requests received through multiple channels
• Execute general office tasks
• Respond to phone calls and offer phone support for medical records requests to meet client needs
• Fulfill all required company-sponsored and regulatory training programs
• Entry-level position; no specific prior experience is necessary
