Customer Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Analyze customer orders and non-routine requests independently while interpreting customer intent.

• Act as the primary contact for designated customers.

• Identify and track shipping and billing holds or service risks, taking necessary corrective actions.

• Resolve accounts receivable issues by interpreting relevant policies.

• Develop and assess customer quotations, ensuring accurate pricing and terms.

• Review and evaluate customer purchase orders for compliance alignment.

• Analyze trends in consignment inventory usage and demand forecasts.

• Interpret and apply company policies to specific customer situations.

• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Compliance teams to meet critical customer needs.

• Manage quality notifications and processes for return materials.

• Analyze recurring customer and operational challenges to identify root causes and suggest improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, operations, or related business support roles.

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• SAP experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• Experience in manufacturing or ISO-regulated environments is preferred.
