This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver prompt, articulate, and emotionally aware service through phone, text, and email.
β’ Assist clients with urgent reservations and scheduling needs.
β’ Manage a high volume of requests while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
β’ Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions.
β’ Maintain clear and professional communication in all interactions.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
β’ Uphold exceptional standards of service, consistency, and brand representation.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or client-facing positions.
β’ Experience working with high-end or demanding clients is strongly preferred.
β’ Fluent in English (C1 level or higher, both written and spoken).
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
β’ Capable of multitasking and managing multiple conversations at once.
β’ Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
β’ Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and communication tools (e.g., Slack).
β’ Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
