• Deliver prompt, articulate, and emotionally aware service through phone, text, and email.
• Assist clients with urgent reservations and scheduling needs.
• Manage a high volume of requests while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
• Uphold exceptional standards of service, consistency, and brand representation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or client-facing positions.
• Experience working with high-end or demanding clients is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher, both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple conversations at once.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and communication tools (e.g., Slack).
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
