Customer Service Representative, Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Professionally manage both inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product or service information.

• Keep thorough and precise records of all customer interactions in the company database.

• Forward complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring a seamless transition for the customer.

• Achieve or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call center environment.

• Excellent active listening skills and the capacity to show empathy toward customer needs.

• Proficient in basic computer systems and CRM software.

• Ability to multitask and switch between various software applications while engaging with customers.

• Prior experience in a remote call center setting.
