This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Respond to incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Initiate outbound calls to clients, internal teams, and various departments
• Effectively handle a significant volume of calls and email communications
• Organize and schedule field events, including appointments with technicians, clients, and homeowners
• Provide outstanding customer service while fostering strong client relationships
• Employ professional de-escalation techniques to address complex client concerns
• Precisely document project notes, client interactions, and data within internal systems
• Prepare and secure necessary work authorizations and documentation
• Maintain organized files and undertake additional administrative tasks as required
• Coordinate meetings, monitor action items, and follow up with stakeholders
• Supervise project timelines and help eliminate obstacles for clients and internal teams
• Rapidly acquire knowledge and adapt to new software platforms and CRM systems
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center, project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
• Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
• Extensive experience in managing both inbound and outbound customer communications
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strong de-escalation and customer management skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar
• Experience with project management and CRM software such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable with navigating various systems and quickly learning new technologies
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, reporting tools, and precise data entry
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote setting
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
