Customer Service Representative III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle and manage customer calls, emails, inquiries, and transactions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey.

• Address and resolve intricate and escalated customer requests and concerns.

• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate service activities and oversee client projects.

• Efficiently transition between service requests while adhering to deadlines and confirming service delivery.

• Deliver proactive customer service and education on service options, fees, billing, and contracts.

• Record interactions, services provided, pricing, and other necessary information in the system.

• Achieve or surpass productivity, quality, accuracy, and timeliness targets.

• Maintain regular customer service reports and generate additional reports upon request.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

• At least 6 months of experience as a WM customer service representative.

• Comprehensive understanding of internal processes and the relationships between business units.

• Excellent time management and follow-through abilities.

• Capability to work independently on complex customer requests and issues.

• Proficient in collaborating with both internal and external contacts.

• Proven ability to achieve productivity, quality, accuracy, and timeliness goals.
