• Address all tolling and administration-related customer inquiries by applying knowledge gained during training and utilizing available resources such as colleagues, customer records, and knowledge management systems.
• Assess customer needs to ensure they receive comprehensive and precise information.
• Execute necessary transactions through mainframe or web-based applications.
• Present research requests clearly and accurately.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
• Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner effectively.
• Comply with confidentiality regulations and laws to ensure that information is shared only with authorized personnel.
• Offer assistance to other roles or operations during peak workloads or staff absences.
• Must be a resident of Florida to be eligible.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Must be available to work shifts from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm.
• Remote - Work From Home.
• Full-time employment with benefits available from day one, including paid holidays.
• Paid training - Training conducted onsite for one week, followed by 100% remote work.
