This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Manage a high volume of live chat interactions and support tickets within designated language queues.
• Assess and understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolutions.
• Offer precise, valid, and thorough information regarding platform features, products, and processes.
• Address complaints, propose appropriate solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolutions.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Assist in gathering feedback for enhancements in workflows and products, including AI bot performance, SOPs, and internal tools.
• Engage in the validation and testing of AI bots, automation workflows, tools, and SOPs as required.
• Go above and beyond to engage customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by team leaders.
• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative.
• Strong IT skills with the capability to handle moderately technical customer inquiries.
• Outstanding written communication skills along with active listening capabilities.
• Proficient in multi-tasking, prioritization, and effective time management.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-driven tools or chatbots (mandatory).
• Practical experience in bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality review is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is a significant plus.
• Proficiency in both English and Hungarian.
• Availability to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
