Customer Service Representative – Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls for residential HVAC services and maintenance.

• Accurately schedule service appointments using ServiceTitan.

• Promptly respond to inquiries submitted through the website contact form.

• Engage with customers via text messaging and ServiceTitan Chat.

• Return calls from the overnight answering service.

• Make outbound calls to current customers during quieter periods to ensure a full service schedule.

• Inform homeowners about maintenance plans, available services, and ongoing promotions.

• Keep precise customer records in ServiceTitan.

• Take part in daily team huddles.

• Complete end-of-day reporting tasks.

• Provide a professional, friendly, and customer-centric experience with every interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the home services sector.

• Proficiency in using ServiceTitan is essential.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Comfortable managing both inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while collaborating with the team.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional demeanor.

• Preferred experience in residential HVAC customer service.

• Preferred background in call center or inside sales.

• Experience in scheduling residential HVAC maintenance and service appointments is preferred.

• Familiarity with customer service, appointment scheduling, CRM software, inbound and outbound calls, customer communication, and best practices in the residential HVAC industry.
