
Customer Service Representative, English & Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide customer service support for our retail locations:
β’ Coverage for phone lines
β’ Oversee the ticketing system and engage in resolving issues for designated case types
β’ Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders and returns
β’ Support general customer service duties, including monitoring voicemails
β’ Responsibilities may evolve to meet the demands of our swiftly expanding team
β’ Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
β’ At least 1 year of experience managing inbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
β’ A high-speed Wi-Fi connection of no less than 100 MBPS, hardwired with an Ethernet cable and a backup internet source
β’ No disciplinary actions related to attendance, conduct, or performance within the last 90 days, and not approaching such actions
β’ Availability for the following shifts, scheduled for 5 days per week from Monday to Saturday: 5:00am-2:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST), 6:00am-3:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST), 7:00am-4:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST), 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
