• Deliver outstanding service to Medica's members

• Address service inquiries concerning claims, enrollment, and billing

• Assist members in complex situations via telephone

• Engage in a dynamic and fulfilling training environment

• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification

• Over 2 years of experience in customer service

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to provide high-quality service to members

• Advanced skills in multi-tasking and time management

• Proficiency in identifying process enhancements and offering mentor feedback
