This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver routine customer service and policy assistance to agents and carriers by addressing inquiries related to coverage, rates, billing concerns, and general policy assessments.
• Engage with agents and carriers through various channels (phone, chats, emails) while efficiently navigating multiple systems and platforms.
• Investigate, resolve, and effectively communicate customer inquiries in line with established service standards, escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
• Review and process applications, binders, endorsements, and other documentation required for policy issuance, including time-sensitive requests.
• Complete necessary forms and documentation while accurately recording all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Organize and maintain policy files to ensure appropriate documentation management.
• Assist in the creation, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of processes.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident approach to customer interactions.
• Acknowledges the significance of upholding high standards in service delivery.
• Capable of evaluating policy information, identifying potential issues, and taking appropriate steps to resolve them.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
• Remote-ready mindset: self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently managing priorities.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues such as headset, internet, and connectivity.
