• Must be a minimum of 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Capability to adhere to detailed procedures and achieve performance standards
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in navigating computer applications and web-based tools
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable to schedules
• Preferred: Previous call center or customer service experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments
