Customer Service Representative – Business Insurance Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote and renew designated Pearl Insurance / AVMA coverage(s) to current clients via phone, email, mail, and fax.

• Respond to inquiries from policyholders and insurance brokers through the call center regarding existing coverage(s) and upcoming renewals.

• Engage in high-volume customer interactions to promote and renew coverage(s).

• Offer additional products to clients.

• Assist clients with applications and the underwriting process alongside the internal underwriter.

• Dispatch applications, finalize necessary forms, and prepare submission documents.

• Follow up with clients when further underwriting information is required.

• Present quotes or estimates, secure sales, and gather market intelligence for unclosed renewals.

• Record sales activities in the CRM system.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships following the initial year of coverage.

• Provide support to other Client Relations Account Representatives when they are unavailable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally within the insurance sector, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage at all levels within an organization.

• Property and Casualty insurance license is required, or the willingness to obtain one.

• Capability to manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, mail, and fax.

• Proficient in CRM systems.
