This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Delivers specialized support to members within the designated market or region.
β’ Engages with members through Welcome Calls and facilitates New Member Onboarding.
β’ Guarantees that members have access to Primary Care Physicians (PCP) and specialists.
β’ Informs members about care gaps and aids them in scheduling appointments.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in customer service is required.
β’ Experience in high-volume inbound customer service is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding is necessary.
β’ Ability to type at a speed of 40+ words per minute.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
