Customer Service Representative, Bilingual in Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Delivers specialized support to members within the designated market or region.

• Engages with members through Welcome Calls and facilitates New Member Onboarding.

• Guarantees that members have access to Primary Care Physicians (PCP) and specialists.

• Informs members about care gaps and aids them in scheduling appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service is required.

• Experience in high-volume inbound customer service is preferred.

• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding is necessary.

• Ability to type at a speed of 40+ words per minute.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
