• Support the customer relations process by efficiently and accurately processing orders and requests from customers.
• Deliver rapid, effective, friendly, and professional service to both internal and external clients.
• Collaborate within a team environment, reporting to the Customer Success Manager.
• Foster positive relationships with both existing and new customers by providing a wide array of trusted products and equipment at competitive rates.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the account requirements of customers.
• Participate in weekly meetings with the Customer Success Team Manager.
• Offer technical assistance as needed.
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of orders.
• Provide key account support to the sales team as assigned.
• Engage with customers and prospects to introduce our product range and secure sales.
• Handle inquiries, quote requests, and orders in accordance with established SLAs through the HubSpot ticketing system.
• Address customer complaints and challenges swiftly and professionally.
• Proactively manage customer expectations regarding estimated delivery times, stock availability, and more.
• Distribute quotes, product information, and assist in setting up new accounts on behalf of the sales team.
• Generate quotations and follow up with customers daily.
• Promote the Cheers program and explore innovative methods to enhance customer loyalty.
• Exhibit a positive attitude in all interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including MS Office365, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Capability to maintain consistent performance under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and highly organized.
