This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist patients in navigating the onboarding process and address inquiries related to their membership and treatment.
β’ Oversee medication refill requirements and follow up on requests with patients and providers.
β’ Aid patients in arranging and monitoring follow-up appointments.
β’ Keep track of medication orders and their shipment status.
β’ Maintain regular communication with pharmacy representatives regarding orders, delays, and updates.
β’ Collaborate with the medical team to share patient updates and provider suggestions.
β’ Respond to patient inquiries in a prompt, professional, and compassionate manner.
β’ Perform administrative and back-office duties to facilitate daily operations.
β’ Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records and documentation.
β’ Prior experience in customer service, healthcare support, or patient coordination is preferred.
β’ Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Comfortable utilizing patient portals, messaging systems, and internal tracking tools.
β’ Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage follow-ups effectively.
