This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Handle approximately 75β100 incoming calls each day, providing assistance to patients and members with care and professionalism.
β’ Organize and schedule medication shipments to guarantee timely delivery.
β’ Offer updates regarding order status and respond to inquiries clearly and accurately.
β’ Assist with payment collection or co-pay support when necessary.
β’ Redirect calls to the appropriate departments for specialized assistance when required.
β’ Apply sound judgment to address customer issues and de-escalate difficult situations.
β’ Ensure accuracy and efficiency while achieving performance and quality standards.
β’ Adapt to evolving processes, systems, and patient requirements in a dynamic environment.
β’ Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent certification.
β’ Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
β’ Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call setting.
