Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Address intricate consumer challenges

• Guide first-level representatives on advanced issues

• Assist policyholders with inquiries and issues related to billing

• Offer support for requested modifications to policies

• Provide suggestions to fulfill policyholder requirements and make adjustments as needed

• Resolve concerns and address consumer issues while complying with company and departmental policies

• Handle high-level consumer matters in a dynamic environment

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Proficient with desktop computer systems

• Basic understanding of Windows-based systems

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory

• Capability to adhere to established protocols

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and support departments

• Exceptional communication, listening, and analytical abilities

• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure

• Open-minded attitude towards feedback, evolving policies, and a structured schedule with varied shifts

• Keen critical thinking skills

• Proactive approach to problem-solving

• Dedicated workspace close to the router for a hardwired Ethernet connection

• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload

• ISP latency under 50ms

• Internet connection must not be satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN

• Proof of internet speed is required
