• Customer Service Representatives address customer inquiries by finding creative solutions to diverse questions, issues, and concerns.
• Manage and thoughtfully respond to all customer inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening.
• Handle confidential customer information with care and sensitivity.
• Strive to resolve issues during the first call by taking proactive measures.
• Communicate effectively and appropriately with customers.
• Calmly work to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and suitable.
• Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Offer feedback regarding call issues.
• Upsell products or services if needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
