This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +39 more states.
β’ Customer Service Representatives address customer inquiries by finding creative solutions to diverse questions, issues, and concerns.
β’ Manage and thoughtfully respond to all customer inquiries.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening.
β’ Handle confidential customer information with care and sensitivity.
β’ Strive to resolve issues during the first call by taking proactive measures.
β’ Communicate effectively and appropriately with customers.
β’ Calmly work to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise.
β’ Escalate interactions when necessary and suitable.
β’ Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
β’ Offer feedback regarding call issues.
β’ Upsell products or services if needed.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent.
β’ At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
β’ Must be at least 18 years of age.
β’ Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
β’ Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
β’ Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
β’ A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
