• Manage maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for a designated portfolio of accounts.
• Address a variety of customer inquiries while analyzing payment histories and notes.
• Inform customers about their account statuses.
• Review customer contracts, which include voluntary surrender options and breakdowns of principal and interest for their payments and accounts.
• Advise customers on their open and closed accounts.
• Provide customers with information regarding the status of their titles.
• Assist customers with information on all optional products available.
• Support customers with extensions and deferrals in situations where they may be unable to make payments.
• Process payments and review payment histories and notes.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions.
• Recommend suitable solutions to customers by thoroughly analyzing their accounts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
