This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address service requests through various communication channels while achieving set service level targets.
• Offer information regarding policies and coverage, including account status, transaction history, and coverage explanations.
• Support agents and policyholders with the issuance, continuation, and updates of policies.
• Accurately and efficiently process policy modifications.
• Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Establish trust-based relationships by understanding customer needs and guiding them towards suitable products and services.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure effective solutions for customer requirements.
• Carry out administrative and basic clerical/accounting tasks as needed.
• Comply with company guidelines, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active Personal Lines Property & Casualty Agent License (2-20 FL).
• Capability to maintain licensure in necessary states based on business requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in database systems, internet applications, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to ensure stable internet connectivity and a quiet workspace for remote work.
• Working hours from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET following training completion.
• Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Previous experience in a customer service role within an insurance agency or carrier is preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are preferred.
