This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming phone calls, texts, chats, and written communications.

• Troubleshoot issues related to consumer products.

• Identify and analyze consumer concerns; take or suggest appropriate actions; devise alternative solutions; and follow up to ensure resolution of problems.

• Complete assignments thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner, meeting expected outcomes.

• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Provide information, support, and guidance to consumers.

• Skillfully address quality complaints, adverse events, and claims following Standard Operating Procedures while upholding superior customer service etiquette.

• Document all telephone calls accurately and immediately in the designated CRM system.

• Utilize correct grammar and select appropriate words in written communications and data entry.

• Deliver high-quality work in accordance with specifications, meticulously following standards and procedures, and demonstrating attention to detail.

• Actively listen to others and pose relevant questions for clarification.

• Show openness to feedback, listening attentively and adapting to different communication styles as necessary.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and reflection aimed at gathering information, solving problems, and diffusing difficult situations.

• Capability to maintain professionalism in stressful circumstances.

• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens (e.g., CRM Software like Salesforce, ACD Systems such as Amazon Connect and Genesys, Email, and Web Browsers) while actively listening and inputting customer information.
