📋 Description

• Respond to incoming phone calls, texts, chats, and written communications.

• Troubleshoot any issues related to the consumer product.

• Identify and evaluate consumer concerns; take or suggest appropriate actions; develop alternative solutions; and follow up to ensure resolution of issues.

• Effectively manage quality complaints, adverse events, and claims in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
