This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate and professional assistance for customer inquiries through all communication channels.

• Support customers with their orders, returns, exchanges, payments, refunds, and warranty requests.

• Leverage product expertise to influence purchasing decisions and address any concerns.

• Work in partnership with internal teams to provide quick and effective solutions.

• Ensure clear communication and foster positive relationships with customers.

• Utilize Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and other related systems to oversee inquiries and updates.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally within e-commerce or retail sectors.

• Familiarity with golf equipment and brands is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks, remain organized, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

• Customer-centric approach characterized by empathy and professionalism.

• Proficient in the use of OMS, WMS, ERP, and internal communication platforms.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously and remotely while still contributing to team goals.
