• Foster positive customer relationships both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Collect information from customers to aid in identifying and resolving issues.
• Confirm, schedule, and adjust service appointments for customers as needed.
• Arrange sales appointments for prospective clients.
• Address inquiries related to billing.
• Perform general clerical tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate effectively with the Service and Sales teams.
• Promote the value of our services and recommend service upgrades.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor while communicating on the phone.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Exceptional listening and communication abilities are essential.
• Possess a pleasant phone voice with the capability to articulate clearly and be understood.
• Exhibit multitasking skills, enabling accurate data entry while conversing with customers.
• Maintain composure and assist team members under pressure during busy times.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn are necessary.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability as necessary.
