This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and professional manner
• Efficiently address customer complaints and issues, ensuring a favorable resolution
• Accurately document and update customer interactions and information in the CRM system
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to verify resolution and guarantee satisfaction
• Cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of products and services to provide precise information
• Achieve personal service targets, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics
• Refer complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate team or supervisor
• Over 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing position
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused approach to customer interactions
• Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk platforms (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar)
• Capability to handle a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality standards
• Dependable home office setup with a stable internet connection
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Matric certificate is mandatory; a relevant customer service qualification is a plus
