Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt and professional assistance to customers through phone, email, and digital communication platforms.

• Support customers with loan applications, account inquiries, payment processing, and general service requests.

• Clearly and accurately convey loan terms, repayment options, and company policies.

• Efficiently address customer issues, escalating complex cases as necessary.

• Keep thorough and precise records of all customer interactions in internal systems.

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Aid in customer retention and satisfaction by providing consistent, high-quality service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a financial services or call center setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven capability to juggle multiple priorities in a remote, structured work environment.

• Competence with computer systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

• A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

• Reliable internet access.

• Experience in consumer lending, banking, or financial services is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred.
