This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the existing processes, procedures, and tools related to the Oscar business model.
• Collaborate with members, brokers, providers, and Oscar vendors through various channels based on assignment requirements.
• Oversee an assigned caseload while upholding service delivery, productivity, and quality standards.
• Establish working relationships with all partners involved.
• Assist the leadership team by identifying issues through the established escalation pathways.
• Monitor and track the status of all ongoing issues assigned to you.
• Escalate and address issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards concerning member Personal Health Information (PHI).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume or customer-centric environment.
• At least 6 months of experience in the healthcare sector.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
