This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the primary representative of the company, handling a significant volume of incoming calls. This position is phone-intensive, necessitating up to 8 hours of active phone engagement each day.
• Offer friendly, professional, and solution-focused assistance regarding products, pricing, and website navigation.
• Oversee the complete order lifecycle, which includes order creation, shipment tracking, and processing returns or warranties.
• Ensure prompt resolution for all assigned cases within our ticketing system.
• Take responsibility for achieving and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Display a high level of reliability and dependability while working in a fully remote setting.
• Quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and changing priorities as our small team grows.
• Engage in continuous improvement by proposing updates to FAQs and workflows to minimize customer effort.
• Embrace additional tasks and responsibilities as the company expands and customer requirements change.
• Must reside in the Philippines.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service or call center setting managing inbound calls.
• Proficiency in English - strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• High-speed Wi-Fi connection of at least 100 MBPS, hardwired with an ethernet cable & a backup internet source.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the tire or automotive industry is advantageous (but not mandatory - training will be provided).
• A positive, proactive, and collaborative team player who values kindness and inclusivity.
• Available during business hours, scheduled for 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday within the hours of 5am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.

• Paid Vacation Leave: 17 days annually, granted after the probation period.
