β’ Collaborate actively with field agents and utilize customer information to secure collateral for clients.
β’ Ensure account organization and update records with new information received from clients.
β’ Relay escalated information to clients or supervisors as necessary.
β’ Support the successful recovery of assigned collateral.
β’ Exhibit fundamental knowledge of products and services and take required actions as needed.
β’ High School Diploma or GED.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Account Management.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is mandatory.
β’ Exceptional phone skills with the capability to provide clear and concise directions.
β’ Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
β’ Preferred 2+ years of experience in collateral repossession.
β’ Collections/Credit experience is a plus.
β’ Proficient in using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications.
