This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Collaborate actively with field agents and utilize customer information to secure collateral for clients.
• Ensure account organization and update records with new information received from clients.
• Relay escalated information to clients or supervisors as necessary.
• Support the successful recovery of assigned collateral.
• Exhibit fundamental knowledge of products and services and take required actions as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Account Management.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is mandatory.
• Exceptional phone skills with the capability to provide clear and concise directions.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in collateral repossession.
• Collections/Credit experience is a plus.
• Proficient in using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications.
