📋 Description

• Provide an outstanding consumer experience for luxury products.

• Manage incoming consumer calls to diagnose and resolve product or technical issues.

• Determine the root cause of problems and convey the most effective solutions.

• Leverage available technology to help consumers identify products and offer technical support.

• Handle challenging or sensitive consumer situations with professionalism.

• Maintain composure and professionalism in all interactions.

• Regularly meet daily targets related to call quality, call management, and productivity.

• Accurately document consumer demographics, product information, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Undertake additional responsibilities or special projects as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong desire to engage with and deliver luxury service to customers.

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or similar fast-paced customer service setting is essential.

• Candidate must meet internet speed requirements, successfully pass background and drug screenings, maintain a safe and secure workspace, and adhere to the department’s Remote Work Policy.

• Excellent professional communication skills are required, both verbal and written.

• Proficient PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook and Microsoft Word, along with experience in Microsoft Teams.

• Proven ability to excel in a work environment that requires high-level focus, minimal mobility, and significant observation.

• Ability to maintain a positive outlook in the business while demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Previous experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is advantageous.

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French is a plus.
