• Receive and record customer issues while ensuring that all pertinent information is accurate in a timely fashion.
• Adhere to all company protocols and procedures.
• Input precise trip data into our systems.
• Showcase a personal dedication to delivering high-quality work.
• Escalate unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
• Effectively multitask to gather necessary information from various systems.
• Review and provide education to members regarding our services and their insurance coverage.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment; schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, including company-recognized holidays. Holiday coverage is mandatory.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in a contact center or customer service role.
• Strong organizational skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute or more.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Capability to speak and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while engaging with customers.
