This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Receive and document customer inquiries while ensuring all pertinent information is accurately recorded in a timely fashion.
• Adhere to all company protocols and procedures.
• Ensure precise trip data is entered into our systems.
• Exhibit a personal dedication to delivering high-quality work.
• Forward unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
• Effectively multitask to gather necessary information from various systems.
• Review and inform members about our services and their insurance coverage.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment; schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, including company-recognized holidays. Holiday coverage is mandatory.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational abilities along with proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of typing 35 words per minute or more.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while engaging with customers.
