This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to customers who have ordered a spa online.
• Clarify and respond to inquiries related to the spa delivery process.
• Supply essential tracking and reporting details to monitor program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the AHS Customer Care team on any escalated questions or concerns.
• Address basic inquiries about product knowledge.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service (preferably in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center environment).
• Exceptional English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Extensive communication experience with international teams.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must have broadband availability: Minimum 30 MBPS - Only connections from national service providers such as Jio, Tata, Airtel, or Hathway Fiber are acceptable.
• Home Office Setup (Mandatory): A workspace accommodating two monitors and one laptop.
• The candidate must have access to a quiet and dedicated home office environment.
• Minimum 30 MBPS broadband availability from national service providers.
