This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.
• Respond to and engage in business conversations over the phone while providing outstanding Customer Service.
• Accurately and promptly address requests for information related telephone calls and inquiries.
• Review, investigate, resolve, and reply to inquiries received through telephone, email, or written correspondence.
• Thoroughly document all calls, inquiries, and resolutions in the designated areas of our software systems.
• Adhere to all department and/or site-specific processes and procedures as required.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as communicated by management.
• Uphold confidentiality for all information encountered.
• Maintain open lines of communication with colleagues and management concerning any issues, complaints, incidents, etc.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality.
• High level of professionalism.
• Ability to build a good rapport with co-workers and management.
• Must meet the department's productivity and quality assurance standards.
