This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Processes incoming insurance documents by accurately entering customer data into internal systems.
• Manages inbound and outbound calls to respond to customer inquiries and follow up on documentation or account-related issues.
• Reviews and responds to emails received through customer service channels.
• Investigates and resolves simple to moderately complex concerns and inquiries in real-time for customers and policyholders, referring more complex matters to senior staff.
• Identifies the most effective methods to resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to the organization’s policies.
• Coordinates problem resolution with necessary internal and external teams.
• Documents and updates customer records based on interactions.
• Operates within guidelines to organize and prioritize activities to meet business objectives.
• Engages in team initiatives and provides feedback to enhance processes and customer experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Typically, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service or a Contact Center environment.
• Experience focused on data entry, email communication, and/or live chat support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient keyboard skills, with a typing speed of 7,000 kph (alphanumeric).
