This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of various support service issues.
• Develop and sustain communication to deliver continuous technical and business assistance to designated clients.
• Shape the strategic direction for the designated area, including resource management and influencing policy development.
• Make informed decisions and manage complex challenges related to operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
• Lead functional teams or projects that require minimal resources, pose low risk, and/or exhibit limited complexity.
• Convey challenging concepts and sway others' perspectives on specific subjects.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (OR a High School Diploma/GED coupled with 4 additional years of experience in the power generation sector OR an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience in the power generation field).
• At least 5 years of expertise and experience in power plant field services or contract performance management.
