This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Address customer inquiries by discovering creative solutions to a variety of questions, issues, and concerns.
• Manage and respond meticulously to all customer inquiries.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through attentive listening.
• Handle confidential customer information with care and sensitivity.
• Strive to resolve issues on the initial call by taking a proactive approach.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Calmly work to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Record all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide insights on call-related issues.
• Upsell when required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable using desktop computer systems with a general understanding of Windows-based systems.
• Preference for candidates with customer service and/or sales experience.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
