This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +3 more states.
• Diligently address customer concerns and escalate to the appropriate level when necessary.
• Efficiently and effectively communicate information to fulfill customer needs.
• Aim for first call resolution to deliver “best in class” service.
• Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are expected to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable about all procedures to ensure compliance with department standards and guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is advantageous!
• Property/Casualty Insurance License is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or service is required.
• Proven job stability and strong attendance records.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills, along with strong grammar and multi-tasking abilities.
