📋 Description

• Customer service and account support

• Manage customer service inquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels related to products, availability, delivery times, and general requests

• Provide support to customers and internal teams with clear information regarding products, technical specifications, and available solutions

• Offer accurate information about product availability, order status, pending orders, estimated delivery dates, and replacement options when applicable

• Respond promptly, professionally, and effectively to questions, service requests, returns, and customer demands

• Inform customers about new products, promotional programs, security solutions, and available applications

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and high-quality service

• Collect customer feedback, identify service improvement opportunities, and communicate relevant observations to management or the appropriate departments

• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners to address customer concerns and meet company service standards

• Refer additional sales or cross-selling opportunities to the corresponding sales representatives

• Order processing and operational support

• Assist with order entry, payment processing, order management, shipping coordination, and order closure


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (Essential)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, order management, commercial administrative support, or related fields

• Completed secondary education, or completed or incomplete university or technical studies

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Must have a computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable workspace

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, industrial safety, logistics, distribution, or technical products companies (Desirable)

• Knowledge or experience related to fall protection equipment, height safety, or industrial safety products (Desirable)

• Experience in order tracking, shipping coordination, or B2B commercial support (Desirable)
