This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Respond to member inquiries via phone, text, and email regarding legal and identity protection benefits.
β’ Assist new members with their onboarding process.
β’ Follow up with potential members to arrange introductory calls.
β’ Maintain records of conversations and subsequent actions in the CRM.
β’ Organize and reserve travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, cruises, and excursions.
β’ Foster client relationships and offer assistance before, during, and after their travels.
β’ Utilize supplier promotions, group rates, and booking tools.
β’ Oversee an independent schedule and manage a client pipeline.
β’ Previous industry experience is not necessary.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Self-driven and well-organized.
β’ Must have a reliable internet connection at home.
β’ Willingness to be coached and a desire to learn.
β’ Experience in customer service, sales, or call centers is advantageous but not mandatory.
β’ Must be comfortable working on a commission-based compensation structure.
β’ Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for travel.
β’ A dependable internet connection and a suitable home workspace are required.
