Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver information regarding SNAP EBT transactions to customers.

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving complaints, and assisting customers through solutions.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively support customers.

• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately across all tools and platforms.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.

• Aim to surpass customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.

• Continuously look for opportunities to enhance the customer experience and optimize processes.

• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

• Ability to work within the established hours of operation, with flexibility required on weekends and holidays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Bilingual Requirement: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift with minimal distractions while performing constant sedentary work.

• Proficient in technology, with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs seamlessly while delivering a Best-In-Class Customer Experience over the phone.

• Excellent attendance is crucial to ensure availability when our customers need assistance.

• Work from home requirements: High-speed internet with an ethernet connection to the router (no satellite or hotspot).

• Minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is necessary.

• WiFi must be disabled at all times.

• Windows Updates must be current.

• A private and distraction-free home workspace that allows for closing a door is essential.
