• Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to tenants concerning lease renewals and outstanding lease documents.
• Follow up with tenants who have received lease renewals but have not yet submitted signed copies.
• Provide clear reminders to tenants to review, sign, and return their lease renewal documentation.
• Monitor tenant responses and keep the team updated on the status of lease renewals.
• Make additional follow-up calls when tenants do not respond or complete the necessary actions.
• Elevate questions, concerns, or any unusual tenant situations to the relevant internal team member.
• Assist the leasing department with basic administrative tasks related to renewals.
• Spanish-Speaking: Must be proficient in spoken Spanish.
• Solid English Skills: Comfortable communicating in English as necessary with tenants and internal team members.
• Call-Comfortable: Should feel at ease making outbound calls throughout the day.
• Persistent Follow-Up: Capable of repeatedly calling tenants when necessary and maintaining consistency without losing motivation.
• Organized: Able to accurately track lease renewal statuses, tenant responses, and follow-up requirements.
• Reliable: Must be able to work full-time and sustain a steady workflow with minimal supervision.
• Practical Problem-Solver: Capable of addressing basic tenant inquiries and recognizing when issues need to be escalated.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• General work experience is necessary.
